Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on August 28,
2012 to determine the status of the corrections. While the violations in item#1 have been corrected, the following
uncorrected/reoccurring violations, as mentioned in item#2,were noted:

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. Garbage shall be properly
stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk.

Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 09/07/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates.
The license plate on the car shown in the photo has expired. Please have the vehicle properly registered and displaying
current plates, in compliance with the requirements of this code, or stored in the garage out of public view.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If
compliance cannot be met within the designated time frame, please contact me at 236-5054 with a schedule of compliance.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/23/2012 FINAL NOTICE
