You have made no apparent effort to contact me or confirm compliance.A re-inspection was made on September 10,2012 to determine the status of the corrections. It was found that the violations in item#2 had not been corrected and a camper displaying expired plates was also on the property. In addition, the violations mentioned in item#1,which had previously been corrected, were again observed. Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 09/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. Garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. All garbage, yard waste and stored items shall be disposed of properly. Garbage shall be stored in accordance with the requirements of this code. Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No - ---- p Comply By 09/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. The license plate on the car and the camper, as shown in the photos, have expired. Both vehicles must be properly registered and displaying current plates, stored out of public view, or removed from the property by the compliance date. summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. You are being given until the compliance date of 9/19/12 to correct all violations. Failure to comply will result in a citation being issued in the amount of$232.00 per day, per violation, until corrected. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
