ANALYSIS In order to provide accurate and user friendly examples of permit fee calculations, four minor modifications need to be made to the Resolution for the recently approved building and HVAC permit fees. No other changes are proposed. I have attached the Inspection Services fee schedule that was previously approved by Council on November 13th, as well as the same fee schedule with the four examples needing correction marked with an asterisk and highlighted FISCAL IMPACT The changes will not impact what fees would have been charged for a permit after January 1, 2013. This is just to correct a mathematical error when examples are shown.
