Dear Mr. Christopher Strong :
Per a Tenant Estoppel that was sent to you in early 2011, Harris National Association and M&I Marshall and Ilsley Bank("M&l")
intended to consummate a merger of M&I into Harris. This merger was made effective as of July 5, 2011, and as a result, Harris
changed its corporate title from Harris National Association to BMO Harris Bank N.A. ("Harris"). Harris has succeeded to all
rights, title and interest as Landlord in, to and under your Lease and to possession of any security deposit made by you pursuant
to your Lease.

Harris and M&I are transferring the lease management into Harris effective November 1, 2012, therefore, all
communications and notices concerning your Lease should be sent to:

Insurance
You are also hereby advised that all insurance policies under the terms of your Lease are required to name the Landlord as
an insured should be changed as of November 2012 to name BMO Harris Bank N.A. as additional insured and that a copy
of the certificate reflecting such change should be sent to BMO Harris Bank N.A. at the address above within thirty(30)days
after the date thereof. Please notify your insurance agent of the requirement of this paragraph upon receipt of this letter. In
all other respects, your Lease continues in accordance with the terms and provisions thereof.
Rental Payments
Accordingly, your monthly rent payment due November 1, 2012, and all other payments which thereafter become due are
required to be made payable to BMO Harris Bank N.A. and mailed to the address shown below. There is a W-9 form
attached hereto for your convenience. Failure to send to this address, may delay your rent processing and any applicable
late fees may apply.
