Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 11/07/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Porches/decks shall be kept free of refuse, furniture not intended for exterior use and/or stored material.The storage of furniture, appliances and garbage on open porches is prohibited. Unlicensed, non street legal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view. Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 11/07/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description All vehicles shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. The mattress/box spring and the air conditioner on the porches must be remove and disposed of properly or stored. The debris behind the house must be cleaned up. In addition,the car behind the house must be rendered operable and properly registered and licensed,displaying current plates. The car cannot be parked on the lawn. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/7/2012 Office hours are Monda through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Reques lin- at 236-51 : noti the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
