HomeMy WebLinkAbout18. 12-556 NOVEMBER 13, 2012 12-556 RESOLUTION (CARRIED___7-0____LOST________LAID OVER________WITHDRAWN________) PURPOSE: APPROVAL OF SPECIAL EVENT / BADGER STATE OUTBOARD ASSOCIATION / UTILIZE MENOMINEE PARK FOR THEIR BADGER STATE OUTBOARD RACES / AUGUST 31 & SEPTEMBER 1, 2013 INITIATED BY: CITY ADMINISTRATION NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that approval is granted to Badger State Outboard Association (Jon Evans) to utilize Menominee Park on Saturday, August 31, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, September 1, 2013 from 11:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for their Badger State Outboard Races event in accordance with the municipal code and the attached application, with the following exceptions/conditions: A.
