Parking on lawns is not permitted. Please move all vehicles completely onto the driveway or in the garage. Vehicles must
remain within designated parking spaces.

Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment

and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/8/2012
