Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 02/20/2012 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes wood, bricks, concrete rubble, cinder block or other building materials, scrap metal, etc. Remove the rubble/debris piles from the premises. Summary The rubble and dirt piles are requried to be removed in the next 30 days(on or before November 5,2012)to avoid further enforcement action. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
