Description No owner, agent oroccupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a pub/
nuisance,eyesore and/or.hazard.This includes the proper storage& removal of garbage,debris and yard waste.
Item# 2 Code 23-8A(1)&(4) Complies No Comply By 11/07/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No persons shall store or permit to be stored upon property owned by them any garbage, recycling,
yard waste, refuse,or any container for any of these items in violation of this section. Storage shall be prohibited in the front
yard of any building as defined by Chapter 30 of this Municipal Code.
summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. As
indicated by the above mentioned codes, please remove the garbage containers front the front yard.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for rein&pections prior to concealr
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 11/7/2012

Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on October 29,
2012 to determine the status of the corrections. While the trailer had been moved from the front yard,the following
uncorrected/re-occurring violations were noted:

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings. The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is
prohibited.
Please move the trailer to the driveway or other proper parking/storage area. Parking on lawns is not permitted.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation. A re-inspection will be made on or after the compliance date to verify compliance with this
notice. If you are found to still be in violation a citation may be issued to you. Please correct the violation(s) immediately and
call 236-5054 to verify compliance.
