Description Every floor,floor covering,wall,ceiling,kitchen counters&tops,cupboards&exterior doors etc shall be kept in good repair. Open area by tub
faucet shall be finished off with a water resistant material.
03/12/2010 A floor joist was cut in the basement without providing a header to properly distribute the load in that area.

Item# 8 Code Advisory Compliance Compliance Date 04/11/2010
Description The building according to the City Assessors is listed as a three unit apartment. At inspection I was not able to view the front apartment to
verify if it had a kitchen and bathroom in it. If it does not it would be considered to be part of the upper unit. For any"unit'you are allowed no
03/12/2010 more than 4 unrelated roomers. Any more than 4 would be considered a rooming house which requires a license and must meet several
additional codes.

Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/11/2010
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number(when applicable),and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
