Introduction An inspection of your property while conducting inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the
Oshkosh Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions

Item# 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 10/30/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings. The parking/storing of vehicles on areas not designated for parking or lawns is
prohibited.
Item# 2 — Code 30-36A(4) Complies No Comply By 10/30/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description The parking of vehicles and/or recreational vehicles and trailers for sale on lawns not designated for parking is prohibited.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Please move the vehicle to the driveway or other proper parking/storage area.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/30/2012 _
