Description Every owner shall be responsible for extermination of any insects, rodents or other pests whenever infestation occurs in more
than one dwelling unit in a dwelling, or in shared of public parts of a dwelling of two or more units or in any vacant unit.
Eliminate the bees that are nesting in the soffit by the front entrance. Once the bees are removed seal the area off.

Description All rainwater shall be so drained from the roof/ground so as not to allow dampness inside the dwelling unit and so drained as
not to allow standing water,water damage or other detrimental conditions in the dwelling. Roof is leaking into the bathroom by
the vent fan. Maintenance indicated that the roof is being replaced on the building. Make a temporary repair to stop water
from leaking into the dwelling unit until the roof replacement is completed.
