Item# 1 Code MUN 16-33A(7) Compliance No Compliance Date 01/19/2010 IMMEDIATELY
Description All dwelling units,vacant or occupied,shall be provided with working,approved smoke detectors one each in the basement first and second
floors. Common area smoke detectors(basements)are the sole responsibility of the property owner. The owner shall replace batteries once

Description Every owner shall be responsible for extermination of any insects,rodents or other pests whenever infestation occurs in more than one
dwelling unit in a dwelling,or in shared of public parts of a dwelling of two or more units or in any vacant unit.

Description Every dwelling unit shall have heating facilities which are capable of safely and adequately heating all habitable rooms and bathrooms to a
temperature of at least 67 degrees F with an outside temperature of minus 15 degrees without forcing the heating system. All habitable rooms

Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
pecified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If
ompliance cannot be met by due dates,a schedule with dates must be submitted before the first due date and approved by
his office.The schedule must be met in order for it to be valid. Does not apply to one week compliance dates or hazards.
Violations
must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 2/11/2010
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address,permit number(when applicable),and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
