Item# 1 Code MUN 16-33A(7) Compliance No Compliance Date 01/19/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description All dwelling units,vacant or occupied,shall be provided with working,approved smoke detectors one each in the basement first and second floors. Common area smoke detectors(basements)are the sole responsibility of the property owner. The owner shall replace batteries once 01/12/2010 per year or at the beginning of new tenancies. Written responsibilities shall be given to the occupants concerning smoke detectors. Last Updated Item# 2 Code MUN 16-37A(5) Compliance No Compliance Date 01/19/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description Every owner shall be responsible for extermination of any insects,rodents or other pests whenever infestation occurs in more than one dwelling unit in a dwelling,or in shared of public parts of a dwelling of two or more units or in any vacant unit. 01/12/2010 Several cockroach bodies were found at inspection. No live bugs were observed. Contact an extermination specialist to review and remove any noted infestations. Laundry receptacle is not code compliant. A licensed electrician is requried to make any necessary repairs. Permit may be requried. The washing machine shall drain to an approved receptor. Item# 12 Code MUN 16-34A(1) Compliance No Compliance Date 02/11/2010 Description Every dwelling unit shall have heating facilities which are capable of safely and adequately heating all habitable rooms and bathrooms to a temperature of at least 67 degrees F with an outside temperature of minus 15 degrees without forcing the heating system. All habitable rooms 01/12/2010 to be supplied with adequate heat sources. UPPER UNIT-Heat sources shall be supplied in bedrooms and bathroom(electric baseboard?)
