Description The gravel/stone that was recently added to the front yard is requried to be removed and the area reseeded with grass.
Expansion of parking area requires a permit to be obtained. Expansions of parking area also have to meet the requirements

Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s) as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/7/2012
