Item# 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 10/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings. The vehicle cannot be parked on the grass. Move it to the garage or driveway area.
Item# 2 Code MUN 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 10/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates. Install license plates on the minivan parked on site or park it in the garage or
remove it from the premises.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/19/2012
