Item# 1 Code 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 10/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY - _ - — -- Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. The landscaped area cannot be used as a parking area for vehicles or trailers, etc. You were already notified that the parking area could not be expanded in the front yard. Remove the boat/trailer from this area and store it in the driveway. Future violations will be immediately cited. Summary A re-inspection will be made on 10/19/12 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance,a citation will be issued. Citations for ordinance violations may be issued at$232.00 per day of violation. Please address the violation(s)immediately and call(920)236-5137 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
