Introduction A re-inspection of your property on October 8, 2012 revealed that,while the wood has been moved and neatly stacked, it is still
in violation of the municipal code. As stated in item#2, all wood should be stacked 12-18 inches above grade(off the ground).
This may require obtaining or constructing a framework that will allow compliance with this code.

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.

Item# 2 Code 17-36C Complies No Comply By 10/16/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description All firewood shall be stacked neatly and in stable condition at least 12 inches to 18 inches above grade and no closer than one
(1)foot to any lot line and no higher than five (5)feet above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be
stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal portion of the fence. No person shall permit the infestation of mice, rats,
other rodents or insects in, under or near the stack. No person shall allow any brush, debris or refuse from the processing of
firewood to remain anywhere on the property.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please re-stack the wood 12-18 inches above the ground. Feel free to contact me at 236-5054 if you have any
questions about the requirements of this notice.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/16/2012
