Description Driveways shall be constucted in accordance with this code within 18 months of construction.
Summary The remaining non-compliant issues must be resolved no later than 10/31/12.Also, be advised additional permits will be
required from inspection services to complete the work that was permitted on the original permit. Contact Chief Building Official
John Zarate @ 920-236-5050 for details.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 10/31/2012

CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
An Occupancy Permit is hereby granted for the new single family residence located at
657 West 17th Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54902 as described in Building Permit
Application number(s) 139372.
This building is to be used only as a single family residence and is located in the R-1,
Single Family Residence District.
LIMITATIONS:
Maximum persons and/or living units: One living unit.
CONDITIONS:
1) The balcony/front stoop is required to have a maximum of 8" to grade when the
sidewalk is poured.
2) The driveway, front sidewalk, patio and curb are required to be installed by
08/31/2012. The owner shall obtain a building permit for the work by 01/31/2012.
3) The-new driveway apron permit shall be obtained and the existing curb cut filled
in per the City of Oshkosh Engineering Department requirements.
NOTE:
1) Copies of inspection results are available upon request in room 205, City Hall.
2) Future permits may be required for additional work to your property.
A new Certificate of Occupancy shall be required prior to occupancy, should additional
building(s) be erected, or should any buildings mentioned above be altered or moved.
The use of land, or buildings, shall not be changed until a Certificate of Occupancy is
issued for that occupancy. All conditions noted above must be complied with in order
for this certificate to be valid.
