Please remove and properly dispose of the dead tree limb and related yard waste at the shoreline, as shown in the attached
photos.

Description The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass in excess of eight inches in length, dandelions, and weeds, and
other like vegetative growth in excess of eight inches in height, upon said land.
Please trim the weeds by the shoreline.
Summary It has been determined that the area of the shoreline, as detailed in the attached copy of the Surveyor's Certificate and Survey
Map and mentioned in this Correction Notice, is your responsibility to maintain. It is the responsibility of every property owner
to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the
scheduled due dates(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/20/2012
