Item# 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 09/26/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. Vehicles cannot be parked in the driveway or grass area on the property to your East (vacant lots cannot be used for parking). Move the vehicle to a designated parking are-driveway or garage-on the property located at 232 W 8th Ave. Future violations will be ctied $232.00 to the owner of the vehicle. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/26/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.
