Item# 1 Code MUN 17-36B Complies No Comply By 04/27/2012 Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. Fill in the depression in the front yard and seed the new dirt areas. Item# 2 Code MUN 17-36A Complies No Comply By 04/27/2012 Description The exterior of every structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner in good repair. All exterior surfaces thereof be kept painted or covered with exterior siding for purposes of preservation and appearance. Install finish materials on house skirting (soffit material used for other areas of the skirting). Skirting shall be installed so that animals will not have easy access to the crawl space. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/27/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.
