Item# 1 Code 17-368 Complies No ---- — Comply By 09/14/2012 IMMEDIATELY_ Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage& removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Remove the 55 gal. barrels from the premises. Store the tire inside or remove it from the premises as well. Summary This is the 5th notice you have been issued since 2010 for violating this ordinance. Any future violations will be immediately cited. A re-inspection will be made on 9/14/12 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation will be issued. Citations for ordinance violations may be issued at$232.00 per day of violation. Correct the violation(s) immediately and call(920)236-5137 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/14/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.
