Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which

Item# 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 09/25/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
Please move the boat and 4-wheeler to a designated parking area. Parking on lawns is not permitted.
Item# 2 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 09/25/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner,agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
Please remove the plastic totes, coolers and the roofing materials and all other debris from the yard. Such items must be
stored inside, out of public view.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/25/2012
