Item# 1 Code MUN 30-36A(2) Complies No Comply By 03/06/2012 IMMEDIATELY _ Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of single-family and two-family dwellings. All vehicles and trailers are required to be parked in the designated parking area (driveway or garage). Trailers, snowmobiles were found parked in the back yard. Also, the complaint that was filed indicated that a truck with a plow has been parking in the front yard as well. While it was not found at inspection the tire tracks in the lawn would support this claim. Please move all vehicles and trailers to the driveway or garage or remove them from the premises. Item# 2 Code MUN 17-36B Complies No Comply By 03/06/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. Remove the piled up materials from the yard. The porch cannot be used for the storage of debris, boxes, etc. Remove the water heater from the yard. 18800 Page 1 of 2 Item# 3 Code MUN 20-8 Complies No Comply By 03/06/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No person shall perform or permit the performance of any plumbing work without properly obtaining a permit. No permit is on file for replacing a water heater. A licensed plumber is required for all work to be done in rental units. Summary A re-inspection will be made on 3/7/12 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation will be issued. Citations for ordinance violations may be issued at$232.00 per day of violation. Please address the violation(s) immediately and call (920)236-5137 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 3/6/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting t dress, permit number(when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
