Introduction A re-inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.You were originally warned about this violation in January
2012.

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces.The home at 711 Washington
Avenue has been removed and no off-street parking use of the property can occur.All vehicles shall be removed immediately
or be subject to citaiton(s).
Summary This is your second and final warning regarding this matter. Continued and/or future noncompliance will result in citation(s)
($232.00 per day) being issued to the vehicle owner and/or property owner. It is the responsibility of every property owner to
confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/28/2012 See notes above.
