Dear Ms. Ubrig:
Cavanaugh's Carriages is asking for a waiver to be able to bring horse and carriage into the city of
Oshkosh until December 31, 2012.
We have been in business for over 30 years and never had a problem with the city until we discovered
there was an ordinance that we should be in compliance with.
Please consider our request.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
