Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person
authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance.
Please repair the leaning and damaged fence, as shown in the attached photos. Replace broken/missing boards as needed
and repaint those areas showing exposed wood.

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
Please remove and properly store of dispose of all debris in the yard including the metal cage,the tire and the pile of rocks.

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
Parking on lawns is not permitted. Please move the trailer to the driveway, garage or other proper parking/storage area.

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or the City may issue citations for noncompliance.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/30/2012 U,,} `�
