Introduction An inspection of your property during a routine gateway inspection revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal
Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
Parking on lawns is not permitted. The area of the yard being used as a parking space has not been zoned for sure use.
Please keep all vehicles within designated parking spaces.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealmen
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/18/2012 —
