This letter identified issues on your property that need to be addressed in order to improve the appearance and condition of your property and the overall neighborhood. Per our conversation with you we have established reasonable and mutually agreed upon dates by which the property conditions at 524 Jefferson St. will be addressed. They are as follows: 1. Condition of exterior— chipping paint—rotted wood—missing/ cracked siding (17-36A)—7/10/07 2. Garbage,junk, and debris on premises (17-36B)— 10/17/06 3. Improper storage of garbage, toys, debris (23-8A) (must be stored at rear of dwelling)— 10/17/06 4. Porches / decks with refuse, interior furniture, stored materials (17-36B)— 10/17/06 5. Any other unsightly conditions—tree stump in front yard— 1/10/07 6. Maintain landscape plant materials, fences and architectural features (30-35 H (5))— 1/10/07 7.
