Item# 1 Code MUN 17-36B Complies No Comply By 04/06/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Please remove any junk or debris that is behind the house. Item# 2 Code MUN 17-36A Complies No - Comply By 04/29/2012 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure including fences shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and/or inadequate maintenance. Repair the holes in the soffit and fascia. Areas where paint is chipping/peeling shall be repaired by scraping and painting or covering with a weather resistant material. Several areas need to be repainted. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. If you are unable to make the necessary repairs by the listed compliance date(s), please submit a schedule of corrections to be made, along with competion dates. Submitting a schedule can result in extended periods of time to make repairs on those items not Life/Safety issues. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/29/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the addre� ermit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
