Please correct the items by their noted compliance dates. Item# 1 Code MUN 16-37A(1) Complies No Comply By 08/19/2012 Description Every owner of a dwelling shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean and good condition all communal, shared or public areas of the dwelling and appurtenant premises. Remove the carpeting and any other water soaked or damaged items as well as any junk or debris from the basement. Item# 2 Code MUN 16-34A(3)(a) Complies No Comply By 08/19/2012 Description Every outlet and fixture shall be properly installed and shall be maintained in a good and safe working condition and shall be connected to the source of the electric power in a safe manner. Install knockout caps on any boxes or panels where there are open knockouts. Either remove the NM cable that has been left loose in the basement or terminate in a box. Item# 3 Code MUN 17-36D Complies No Comply By 08/19/2012 Description All openings where rodents, pigeons, insects might enter shall be properly and effectively sealed. Seal up the holes where cables enter the basement. Seal up the holes in the fascia/soffit where it appears squirrels have chewed through. 19679 Page 1 of 2 Item# 4 Code SPS 382.60 Complies No Comply By 08/19/2012 Description Hangars and supports for plumbing piping. Install support for the section of piping where PEX tubing has been added to the copper lines(basement-see photos). Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s) as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
