Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on August 24,
2012 to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/re-occurring violations were noted:

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings. Move the camper to a designated parking area(driveway or garage). You were sent
two previous notices to address this violation.
Item# 2 Code 17-44A Complies Yes Comply By 08/09/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or the City may issue citations for noncompliance.
Summary A court date for allowing continued code violations on your property has been scheduled for September 12, 2012 at 9:00am,
Rm. 194, 420 Jackson St. Correct the violation immediately and contact me at(920)236-5137 so that your property can be
re-inspected to confirm compliance with this notice.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/9/2012 CITATION _
