TRAFFIC REVIEW ADISORY BOARD MINUTES SEPTEMBER 11, 2012 4:00 P.M. PRESENT: Daniel Becker, Jef Hall, James Kaprelian, Stan Kline, Gary Ross, Donald Seybold and Timothy Schuster STAFF:
Christopher Strong, Transportation Director Jennifer Weigand, Recording Secretary CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Kaprelian called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr.
Kline moved to accept the July 10, 2012 minutes. Mr. Schuster seconded the motion. Motion carried (7-0). Item #4 was heard first. 4. A REQUEST FOR UNRESTRICTED PARKING ON THE NORTH SIDE
OF 7TH AVENUE FROM KNAPP STREET TO SOUTH SAWYER STREET. (CURRENT CONDITION: NO PARKING.) Mr. Donald Berger, 1152 W. 7th Avenue, was opposed to this request. He felt parking on both sides
of the street would make it difficult to access their driveways. He presented the Board with a petition, signed by 26 residents on W. 7th Avenue, in opposition to this request. Mr. Dan
Eckstein, 1152 W. 7th Avenue, agreed with Mr. Berger and was opposed to this request. Mr. Kline was
