Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
Parking on lawns is not permitted. The area where the truck is currently parked, as shown in the attached photo, has not been
zoned as a designated parking area. Please move the truck to the driveway or other proper parking/storage area.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation. You have received prior notice of this requirement at this property. Future violations of
this/these ordinance(s) may be cited$232.00 per day of violation,when found, along with written orders to correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
