Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Item# 1 Code MUN 7-8 Complies Comply By 04/07/2012
Description No building or structure or any part thereof shall be moved, built, enlarged, altered, or demolished within the City unless a
permit is obtained. The complaint that was filed stated that the driveway has been enlarged without the required building
permit or zoning approval. See enclosed information on driveway expansions.
Item# 2 Code 30-36(C)(b) Complies No Comply By 04/07/2012
Description One uncovered parking space is permitted alongside a garage when said space is not located between the building and the
street or the building and the rear lot line and is no closer than 7.5 feet from a side lot line. Said space must be screened from
view per screening code, Section 30-35(i)of the Municipal Code. The expanded parking area on your property does not meet
the requirements as specified in this code. The expansion will have to be removed and reseeded with grass unless you apply
for and are granted a vairance. Please contact me at(920)236-5137 if you have any questions.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/7/2012 _
