Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. See attached photo.
Item# 1 Code 30-5 Complies lies No Comply By 09/15/2012
Description No structure shall be erected until a building permit is applied for and issued. No permit on file for fencing/kennel.
Item# 2 Code 30-35(E) Complies No Comply By 09/15/2012
Description Fences in the front yard setback cannot exceed four feet in height. The subject fence exceeds 4' in height.

Item# 3 Code 30-36(A)(4) Complies No Comply By 09/15/2012
Description Off-street parking facilities shall be used solely for parking of vehicles.
Summary The fencing in question must be removed. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these
orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to schedule a
re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/15/2012
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 23 28 noting the address, per ' umber(when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
