Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order, an inspection was made on August 17,
2012 to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/re-occurring violations were noted:

Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.
-E-mail sent 8/21/12 to streets department to have the weeds around the garage trimmed due to no response to notice sent.

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk,debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance,eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Unlicensed,
non street legal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored
inside out of public view.
-Please remove the wood,stones, building materials, debris and stored items around the garage. The blue car must be
rendered street legal and properly licensed, removed from the property, or stored in the garage out of public view.
Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or others you may own a warning will not be
issued and the City at its option will take measures to correct and bill you for the costs and/or issue citations for
non-compliance. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders by the Compliance
Date. Future violations of this/these ordinance(s) may be cited$232.00 per day of violation,when found,along with written
orders to correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at FINAL NOTICE
this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/28/2012 —

Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a
complaint.

-Please cut down the weeds around the garage and fence. Please do not spray weed killer, as this may damage the
neighbor's new plantings.
