Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
Parking on lawns is not permitted. All vehicles must remain within designated parking areas.The areas of the yard where the
boats and truck are currently parked, as shown in the attached photo, has not been zoned as designated parking areas.
Please move the all the vehicles to proper parking/storage areas.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
andlor occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/4/2012
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236-5 n.tii the address, permit number(when applicable),and the nature of what needs to be inspected.
