Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. See attached photos. A gravel driveway has been
established at the property and is required to be removed. The disturbed area will then need to be properly graded with black
dirt and_rP-seeded with tiirfgrass
Item# 1 Code 30-35(H)(3) Complies No Comply By 09/30/2012
Description All open areas of any site not occupied by a building or parking shall be planted with turfgrass or hardy ground cover. Gravel is
not a permitted surface and shall be removed.
Item# 2 Code 30-36(C)(2) Complies No Comply By 09/30/2012
Description All driveways shall be graded and surfaced so as to be dust-free and properly drained. The previous driveway associated with
the previous single-family dwelling was removed with the raze permit(#140174) in 2010.A future compliant driveway can only
be permitted once a new principal use is permitted at the premises.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/30/2012
