Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings. Vehicles cannot be parked in the yard. Please park all vehicles/trailers in a
designated parking area (driveway or garage).
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s) as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/23/2012
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m.or by appointment. To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236- 128 noting t dress, permit number(when applicable), and the nature of what n ed to be inspected.
