Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply.

nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage &removal of garbage, debris and yard waste...
Unlicensed, non street legal and/or inoperable vehicles or Auto parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or
stored inside out of public view.
- Please move the tires, auto parts and other stored items inside, out of public view.

Description On all residential premises wood/firewood shall be stored per the provisions of the Oshkosh Firewood Storage Code. All
firewood shall be stacked at least 12-18 inches above grade and no closer than 1 foot to any lot line and no higher than 5 feet
above grade except when adjacent to a fence where firewood shall be stacked no higher than the upper-most horizontal
portion of the fence.
- Please restack the wood according to the requirements of this code and trim the grass&weeds currently growing around the
wood.
Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or others you may own a warning will not be
issued and the City at its option will take measures to correct and bill you for the costs and/or issue citations for
non-compliance. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders by the Compliance
Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prior to this date
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/2/2012
