Item# 1 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 06/27/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be registered, displaying current license plates. One of the trucks parked on site is being supported by blocks and appears to be inoperable. If the vehicle is inoperable or has expired license plates it cannot be parked in the driveway and would have to be stored inside the garage. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date(s)as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/27/2012 Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.
