Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following re-occurring violations of the Oshkosh Municipal
Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
-Please move the black car(once legally licensed) and the trailer to the driveway, garage or other proper parking/storage
area.

Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.
- Please clean up all the debris around the property,as shown in the attached photos.

Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates.
-The unlicensed/inoperable vehicles(the black car and white car in the attached photos) must be rendered operable and
properly registered and licensed, or be removed from the property by the compliance date.
Summary A recent complaint specified inoperable/unlicensed vehicles on your property as well as conditions creating an eyesore. You
have recieved prior notification of similar violations in the past. It is the responsibility of eve ry property owner to confirm
compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. Failure to correct
the violation(s)will result in additional corrective action,which may include citation issuance, in an effort to gain compliance
with this notice.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/1/2012
