Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions regarding the requirements of

Item# 1 Code 30-36a(2) Complies No Comply By 06/29/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
- Please move the trailer so that it is fully in line with the driveway in front of the garage.
Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 06/29/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates.
-As shown in the attached photo,the van is displaying an expired license plate. Please make sure the van is properly
registered and licensed, displaying current license plates.
Item# 3 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 06/29/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage& removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
- Please remove and properly store or dispose of the items in front of the garage, as shown in the attached photos. The
blocks, boxes, piece of wood and all other debris must be removed.

Item#• 4 Code 17-44A Complies No Comply By 06/29/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or the City may issue citations for noncompliance.
- Please trim the tall grass/weeds in the driveway, along the fenceline and by the garage.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified
and return the signed confirmation.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/29/2012
