nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage& removal of garbage, debris and yard waste.
Please remove all boxes and debris from the property,as shown in the attached photos. Please remove the door from the
lawn.

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.

Recently we received a notice from the City of Oshkosh about all the items you have in the
yard. These items range from cardboard boxes to furniture, all items that are not to be
stored outside and are in violation of City Of Oshkosh Ordinance.
Please immediately remove these items either by properly disposing of or properly storing
these items to avoid a fine from the City of Oshkosh and keep the neighborhood looking
nice. We realize you recently moved in, so please take care of this soon.
