Introduction Having had no further contact or confirmation of compliance concerning this order,a re-inspection was made on July 9,2012
to determine the status of the corrections. The following uncorrected/re-occurring violations were noted:
Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 07/19/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. Garbage shall be properly
stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk.
--Please remove all debris from the property including the appliance and junk being stored in the back yard, the tire by the
house, all debris and garbage on and under the back porch, and the garbage by the front porch.

Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered, displaying current license plates.
--The blue car mentioned in the original notice has been removed from public sight in compliance with this code.

Description N6 owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall
cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date
above. If compliance is not achieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs
incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or the City may issue citations for noncompliance.
--Please mow and trim all tall grass and weeds, includuing around porches and accessory structures..
Summary You are being issued a copy of this final notice at your property at 212 Oxford Avenue in an effort to contact you about this
matter. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified and return the signed confirmation. Future violations of this/these ordinance(s) may be cited$232.00 per day of
violation,when found, along with written orders to correct.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice

Description There shall be no parking in designated setback areas or outside of designated parking spaces, except in the driveways of
single-family and two-family dwellings.
-All vehicles must remain within designated parking areas. Please either store the vehicle out of public view,or properly
license and register the vehicle and move to a proper parking area.
