Introduction An inspection following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code,which shall be corrected
by compliance dates specified for each item. The tenants, Daniel Wyrwicki and Lisa Hernandez, have previously been
informed of the need to comply with the requirements of this notice when they resided at 342 W 8th Ave. If there are any

Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 07/05/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Garbage
and containers, including the recycling carts, shall be properly stored to the rear of a dwelling.
Please store excess lawn mowers and related equipment inside, out of public view.
Item# 2 Code 30-36A(4)(a)(i) Complies No Comply By 07/05/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description All vehicles parked on a residential lot shall be in condition for safe and legal performance on public right-of-ways and shall be
registered,displaying current license plates.
The plates attached to the vehicles in the photos were checked with the Oshkosh Police Department on 6/28/12. The plate
shown on the Black Pontiac expired 9-30-11. Vehicles shall display current plates and proof of such shall be submitted to this
office by the compliance date.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s)to provide proof of compliance. Failure to provide
proof that the vehicles have been properly registered and are displaying current license plates, or have been removed from
public sight, by the compliance date will result in citations being issued.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/5/2012
