The following uncorrected/reoccurring violations were noted: Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 07/16/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard.This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Please remove the tires,the wooden items by the garage, the fallen portion of the fence,the overturned shed, and all piles of debris in the back, as shown in the attached photos. Item# 2 Code 17-44A Complies No Comply By 07/16/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or the City may issue citations for noncompliance. - Once the piles of debris have been removed, please trim and mow all tall grass and weeds, as shown in the attached photos. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due dates(s)to schedule a re-inspection of the property. Future violations of this/these ordinance(s) may be cited$232.00 per day of violation,when found, along with written orders to correct. Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
