Introduction A recent inspection of your property revealed that a temporary storage unit is still present on your property after your
Temporary Use Permit expired 07/09/12 (see attached photos). Be advised if the storage unit is still present on 07/30/12,
citations ($232.00 per day)will be issued for violations of the municipal code.

Description All temporary uses shall not exceed 90 days within a calendar year with said temporary use being discontinued immediately
upon expiration of the temporary use permit.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections,the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/30/2012
Office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. -4:30 p.m. or by appointment.To schedule inspections please call the Inspection
Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number(when applicable), and the nature of what needs to be inspected.

Introduction An inspection of your property upon receiving a complaint revealed the following reoccurring violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code,which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item. If you have any questions

Item# 1 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 07/30/2012 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public
nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage& removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. Remove the
stored items from the driveway and yard. You were perviously notified not to store items in the driveway and yard in a
Correction Notice on 3/22/12. You were also reminded not to store items in the driveway and yard when the Zoning
Administrator and I met with you on site to review your options for the storage containers you had placed in the yard.
Summary A re-inspection will be made on 7/31/12 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a
citation will be issued. Citations for ordinance violations may be issued at$232.00 per day of violation. Please address the
violation(s) immediately and call (920)236-5137 to verify compliance with this office. Future violations will be immediately cited.
