Item# 1 Code 17-44A Complies No Comply By 07/27/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to be cut all grass,weeds and other like vegetative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not achieved,the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administrative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. -Please trim the tall grass and weeds beside the house and porch and in the terrace. Item# 2 Code 17-36B Complies No Comply By 07/27/2012 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition,which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage&removal of garbage&debris. Garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. -Please clean up all grabage and debris from the property, as shown in the attached photos. Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or others you may own a warning will not be issued and the City at its option will take measures to correct and bill you for the costs and/or issue citations for non-compliance. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders by the Compliance Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prior to this date Violations must be corrected and approved by the noted compliance dates of each item. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
